I wrote this program in response to a post on the tabletPCreview.com forums (see here).
So basically i wanted to help this guy out, but the forum limit does not allow me to upload my zip file.

and I have attached the compiled exe (for convenience).

I noticed a nice side-effect. you dont have to hold both left and right mouse buttons through the scrolling movement. you just have to trigger the function by clicking on them both and then holding just the right mouse button.

i found that this is less stressful when scrolling.
