  1. Good to hear from you Paulie. Last time I spoke with you, you had 500 posts . Thanks for reminding me, it's been a long time since I've used AutoIt unfortunately. Could you point out how to identify a time to a time, such as @Hour = 5 and @Min = 0 through @Hour = 11 and @Min = 59 ? Because would I be incorrect in thinking that that would only run the action at that specific time? Thanks.
  2. When people change the default Windows sound scheme they can have whatever they want played when they log on, startup, etc. Well, is it possible to create a sound scheme per time of day? For example, you have a voice recording that says, "Good morning, Bob", and one that says, "Good evening Bob". I thought of maybe making a script to change out the WAV files after checking the time, but the script would somehow have to check the time and change out the files before the logon sound is played. I figured that the one easiest way to do this would be to just assign a startup job to my Vista task scheduler. The scheduled program would just check the time of day, to eventually have a morning/afternoon/evening sound scheme. To do this in individual parts is not a hassle, just keeping track of it get's a little confusing. That's why I'm asking if a script to automate it more easily is conceivable. If anyone has any ideas or example programs, please don't hesitate to post! Thanks a ton.
  3. Although I agree with the rest of your post, your number is false. The current password does not have to be known to change the password. ~Niko
  4. I think your source page is gone.. :/ ~Niko
  5. Did you really just write all that out? lol
  6. May I ask, even though I would kill myself if I even had the notion to start playing Runescape, if your username and password login is to be used later for any reason? For example, some people just like to add a password to their programs for simple protection. Others use it to send a request to a server to see if the username has either payed or been registered and whether they have the right password is sometimes server side checked. You must realize that a simple username and password isnt going to help you much anyway . I was just wondering this because a friend of mine makes alot of money off of using things like this in Runescape and then selling the accounts. He, of course would like to know whether he must pay or not ^^. ~Nikolai
  7. Ok mate, thank you very much for the fast response. It seems that there are alot of new people around here since I was here last time like a couple months ago lol. Thanks again. ~Niko
  8. Have I overlooked a very easy to see example in the HelpFile folder or is there no way to slow down the input of keystrokes using the Send function? I know I havent been around for a long time but I was just thinking that someone here might be able to answer me pretty quickly. Thanks. Sorry for the stupid question. ~Niko
  9. I like it, its very useful to some people. I think its funny how there is 0 error(s), 51 warning(s). O errors and yet it seems to not like it lol. Thanks mate, ~Nikolai
  10. Yah know, dont take this the wrong way, but at one time I thought that you were a good "teacher". You didnt know that but I did, I saw you as a person that would help anyone to learn and experience new ways to learn AutoIt. I think that Ashley has helped out some people that didnt know anything about speeding up computers, and hasnt done anything for other people. But that is the point, not to convince the people who says its bad that it isnt, but to help more and more people with speeding up their computer.
  11. Its a good "tutorial" program, however it kind of makes the user feel a little teeny tiny bit nervous about whats going to happen to their computer when it says, "I am not responsible to anything that happens to your PC!!" in all caps...A normal computer user that doesnt know alot about computers would just say "oh shit, thats great" and probably not use it lol. Other than that, it would be cool to actually make another GUI that would just correspond to msconfig but do it for you. We could also integrate some different default schemes for faster computers/slower computers etc. ~Nikolai
  12. Oh no, im not trying to tell ya that its bad cus its not in English or that its a problem. I was just hoping that the English readers could get as much good out of your post as the German readers could. ~Nikolai
  13. lol, i dont know German so I ran your post through a translator. Im sure theres other people here who dont know it as well, I hope I saved someone at least a little time. Im trying to figure out the point of www.peterzahlt.de atm, so sorry but i dont really have anything to say about it yet :/ ~Niko
  14. wow...someone has got a little extra time on their hands eh?...
