  1. Sykes, Very, very cool... Thanks, Joe
  2. cdkid - this is great.
  3. Just wanted to say one more time, a great big Thank You! to the AutoIt Team. Did something with AutoIt tonight that would have taken weeks without. /oh yeah, XP, Office, Document Imager, and tifff's...
  4. Wow - that was intuitive! Thanks as well!!!
  5. Can't you do something that always forces text into the list window? Then you could check that text to make sure you have the correct window. Something like go to print, then search for that text in the window, etc... just a thought, get something to log into each window first, perhaps based on the startup order, etc...
  6. ooops - that was - "It Can't" - sorry... PS (talk about typing ahead
  7. I't can as far as I can tell for any less than 1 minute, and even then still freezes. As discussed in other posts, VNC Server "might" work - as I'm still testing - Terminal Services does not.
  8. emmanuel - Thanks for your comments. Had looked into "desktop interaction enabled", but was not sure if I should change autoit in services, the au3 or the exe. In addition,. was not sure how to add any of the three as a service, but because I was running an au3 with autoit installed, I could have enabled "desktop interaction enabled" for it, but wanted to check with the sys admin first Thanks for your input, I'll do some digging, any hints would be greatly appreciated
  9. First - thanks for taking the time to reply, your assumption is correct, I'll look into VNC Server - however I've got 2 "virtually comps" to run on the same server. I'll check into it and feedback. Again - Thanks!
  10. Folks, Posted and discussed window load completion issues over the past several weeks - what a great bunch of folks. Now have a new problem I'm hoping someone can help out with. Using either .au3 or .exe either installed via w2k or just copied and run from a directory, have yet to be able to get the auto-it loop to continue to run after I disconnect Terminal Services... It looks like it looses focus of the active window, however I've attempted just about every winactive, winwait, winwaitactive, etc., command to regain focus, so something tells me it just hangs until the Terminal Services Client is re-connected with the Terminal Services Server... Anyone have a clue - would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  11. all - you know who you are... mouse = bad, very bad - when applet not created with proper focus... Thanks Again for All Your Help!
  12. warsur - i think it only works if an applet is not in any frame... tutor2000 - thank you again.
  13. opps - sorry about the above if the status bar can be read when a link is found using either CTRL-F or 'any_text... if it can, I'd greatly appreciate knowing how...
