    Is it safe for a script to create both servers and clients? How does that work?

    Something like this?:

    #include <TCP.au3> $hServer = _TCP_Server_Create(88) _TCP_RegisterEvent($hServer, $TCP_NEWCLIENT, "NewClient") _TCP_RegisterEvent($hServer, $TCP_RECEIVE, "RecvFromClient") _TCP_RegisterEvent($hServer, $TCP_DISCONNECT, "DisconFromClient") $hClient = _TCP_Client_Create("127.0.0.1", 88) _TCP_RegisterEvent($hClient, $TCP_CONNECT, "ConnectedToServer") _TCP_RegisterEvent($hClient, $TCP_RECEIVE, "RecvFromServer") _TCP_RegisterEvent($hClient, $TCP_DISCONNECT, "DisconFromServer") While (1) ; Do things. WEnd Func NewClient($hSocket, $iError); If Not ($iError) Then Else EndIf EndFunc Func RecvFromClient($hSocket,$sReceived,$iError) If Not ($iError) Then Else EndIf EndFunc Func DisconFromClient($hSocket, $iError) If Not ($iError) Then Else EndIf EndFunc Func ConectedToServer($hSocket, $iError) If Not ($iError) Then Else EndIf EndFunc Func RecvFromServer($hSocket, $sReceived, $iError) If Not ($iError) Then Else EndIf EndFunc Func DisconFromServer($hSocket, $iError) If Not ($iError) Then Else EndIf EndFunc

    No, I was not the original poster, Rather I was wondering at the lack of intelligence the original poster had. However I may have misunderstood, If by "Hack command" he meant an assembly snippet such a program could be written (doubt in autoit unless you had autoit convert asm -> op code and do _WriteProcessMemory() or something) however if he meant something like "God Mode Turn On" by Hack Command, Then the program would be pretty preposterous unless he had a specific game in mind..

    Server side, end user cant touch the script

    And to think, some people put all the time and effort into cracking debuging and otherwise examining these games when all the time they could have just written a program that just does it for them ^^'

    I was kind of wondering what the pros/cons of using autoit as an embeded language might be, It would be used to control ingame events/triggers and possibly over ride default ai behaviour of npc's (Non player charecters) and the like. I was considering writing something to compile the scripts into some type of binary file, like a bytecode mabey and just have the server application read that into memory on start and parse it from there, for speed.

    I want you to debunk my idea, I don't want to go to the trouble and find a major flaw in the idea...

    If you can, suggest other scripting languages, Preferably open source..

    Actualy, your Addon is illegal, because you'r using it to export data from the client, too a third party application (Also illegal). Just FYI...

    Well then, What about a script that says please insert the cd for <good usage here>. I suppose that is just evil eh?

    Isn't this almost exactly what autoit is made for?

    In autoit?
    Take for example the TCPRecv.au3 in your examples/helpfile directory... How can it be changed so that 2-3 people can send it text?

    Is it possible for multiple clients to connect to the server over the same port? I would post code but can't seem to fomulate any that seems logical. I dont understand much about this sort of thing, but the network won't be the main functionality in the script, More of an ad-on. I don't expect to need more than basic understanding to get the job done.

    It only output's the names of files in the script dir...... Wth :/

    Yes, Mabey it has do do with me using multiple drives IE: Having the script on my flash drive (Not a permanent home of course)

    However, The script executes the file later on just fine

    Edit: No luck......
