My code won't work. When I run it I get errors.
Whats wrong?
Someone help me.

OK, now that I've got your attention, I'll tell you what's wrong. The whole post is wrong, starting with the title.
That title should contain some indication of what I'm having a problem with and it definitely does not do that.

My code won't work.

What code? Give us a break and post what you are trying to work with.

When I run it I get errors.

Sorry to hear that but WHAT errors? Tell us the error(s) you get. That will usually help us pin it down faster.

Someone help me.

Just how do you propose we do that based on the information you provided us with?

Posts like the above will often lead to replies such as

My crystal scriptalyzer shows that your mistake is on line 123456789 of your script.

I'm sure that most of the regular posters will agree there are days when we see so many posts of this caliber that we think we are surrounded by a group of total idiots so please don't be one of them.
Provide us with the proper information to begin with and don't make us dig it out of you.

Now go away and enjoy your holiday.

I meant to click the + on your post but since my parents (home for the holidays) are mentally handicapped and refuse to use anything other than a trackball mouse from the 80's I clicked on the - symbol... ;)

Can the situation be corrected? D:

I'm glad this was posted, because I have come across this type of post too many times. So it's nice to have someone bring it up, even though it's obvious that your not gonna get any help if we don't know what you need help with. So posters, remember to let us know what you need help with and be as thorough as possible.

I did just that, I gave it a plus so it's not in the negative anymore........

People that call me things like that are out to ruin my reputation. Next thing you know they will be comparing me to that vagrant Santa Claus.

EDIT:
And no age jokes, thank you very much.

Any chance on having an IQ test attached to each signup from now on, hopefully to filter out people with some mental impairments?

One of the questions could be what would your response be to a post for help which is a direct quote from one the downies that post on the forums
