After making numerous useless posts on the user's first day they proceeded to report one of my posts that was 4 months old for having profanity even though we do not have a "no profanity" rule. 7 day ban.

Permanent block for excessive PMs and reports after the initial ban. Also blocked the account Ziggs which is the same user.
