A file from what window explorer?

This is likely to sound dumb to you but wouldn't it be easier to actually copy the file to its destination or copying the file path or content to the clipboard rather than automate explorer and the context menu?

A little more information on your part would go a long way when others try to assist you ;) .

Instead of that, you can use

FileCopy('C:\FROM', 'C:\TO', 1)

To really use the mouse, you can use 'send'
