jimihendrix857 Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 In short my script gathers data from a single webpage once every 5 or so minutes and pastes it into excel.. The program runs great but come around 10 hours into it everything crashes and my memory (4GB) usage peaks out. Any idea why? Any idea how to fix this? Even when i exit autoit and the script it continues to not release the memory. This only happens when i run the script for a long period of time. The code is lengthy but in summary it does the following: Gathers a table from website. Extracts a few variables from that table, not an array variable, separate variables opens excel file, if not already open adds variables to the spreadsheet, increment the excel rows each time the new variables are taken from the website repeat Thoughts?
