i need to split this variable into 32 digits, then put those values into  a separate variable that will be processed, after that i need the next 32 digits to be put into a different value to be processed so on. Can someone please help me? I am totally stuck on this

Something like this?

Global $sVariable1, $sVariable2
; Fill the variable with numbers
For $i = 1 To 200
    $sVariable1 = $sVariable1 & StringRight("0" & Random(0, 99, 1), 2) & " "
Next
; Split the variable into an array
$aNumbers = StringSplit($sVariable1, " ")
For $i = 1 To $aNumbers[0]
    $sVariable2 = $sVariable2 & $aNumbers[$i] & " "
    If Mod($i, 32) = 0 Then ; After 32 numbers process the variable
        ConsoleWrite($sVariable2 & @CRLF)
        $sVariable2 = ""
    EndIf
Next
; process last numbers
ConsoleWrite($sVariable2 & @CRLF)

Also, a regex way (don't shout at me) :P

Local $sString
For $i = 1 To 200
    $sString &= StringFormat("%02s", Random(0, 99, 1)) & " "
Next

Local $aNumbers = StringRegExp($sString, "((?:\d{2}\h){31}\d{2}|(?:\d{2}\h)*\d{2})\h*", 3)
For $i = 0 To UBound($aNumbers) - 1
    ConsoleWrite($aNumbers[$i] & @CRLF)
Next

hi there,

The would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
the program in which it will be used is, stated below. The program takes the inputs from the user then it transforms it into Hexadecimal digits. After this i need it to be split up into the 32 charectors and stored in variables

#include-Once
#include <MsgBoxConstants.au3>
#include <Crypt.au3>

;****Input your message****
Textinput()

Func Textinput()
    ; Places the input box in the top left corner displaying the characters as they
    ; are typed.
    Global $data = InputBox("Enter your message", "25", "5", ""); takes in the input from the user
    MsgBox (0, "your input is", $data)

EndFunc

;*****ASCII to Hexadecimal conversion*****

Global $V2 = $data

$ASCIItoHEX = AscToHex($V2)
MsgBox(0,"Ascii to Hex converstion" ,$ASCIItoHEX)
Func AscToHex($varaible2)

    Global $Turn=""
    For $variable1 = 1 To StringLen($varaible2)
        If StringLen(Hex(Asc(StringMid($varaible2, $variable1,1)),2)) = 1 Then
            $Turn &=  "5" & Hex(Asc(StringMid($varaible2, $variable1, 1)))
        Else
            $Turn &=  Hex(Asc(StringMid($varaible2, $variable1, 1)),2)
        EndIf
        If $variable1 <> StringLen($varaible2) Then $Turn &=  " "
    Next
    Return $Turn
endFunc
