From another discussion in Idea Lab Here is a link to an XML to treeview script.
It works with basic XML files.
I thought it would better serve the "community" by a least posting the link here.

Do you have GuiTreeView.au3 in your beta include file?
Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.

GuiCtrlGetHandle() is an in built func of autoit.
Are you using a beta version?

OK, I downloaded 3.1.1.101 and installed.msgbox(0,"Autoit Version",@AutoItVersion,5) says 3.1.1.91
I still get compile error saying GUICtrlGetHandle() is an unknown function, but if I continue, it works. Thanks! Now how do I get it to not give a compile time error? I am sure, I need to do something else.

If your using SciTe for Autoit, have you tried updating the defs for SciTe?
Ctrl 1, if the beta defs is selected, click on it again and it will re-update the defs.

OK, I did that, and it said it was updating, showed progress bar, but when it finished I tried a recompile and it still reported the function as undefined. Again if I continue, it works.
