I found it so difficult to make a complete script that can use. I had study it almost 3month already, but still don't know how to make. A complete script involve many steps, so this make me confuse. I also don't understand the words in the help since my English so poor. I'll be so appreciate if someone can help me or teach me to make a complete script.....(hope don't ask me to study the help again....)

Below are the things that i wish to do but don't know how to write in the script:

1.Manually press....

1) F1 every 2second

2) F2 every 4second

3) X every 5second

4) Power after 10hours

2.The script only run in a fixed window/program even I have open or switch to other window/program( this one need you to teach me)

While you are writing a script for me, hope you can explain what use of that command.....

I know with the above information can't make a complete script to run. If you need anythings information please tell me.....I'll appreciate of your help.....

kelvin, that's not difficult. Tell me, what scriptlanguage to use, vbscript or javascript (if you have a preference).

Here has some changes. Keys pressing change to:

1)Press F1 after 2second

2)Press F2 after 3second

3)Press X after 5second

4)Press Power after 11hours

5)Repeat the steps again, start at No.1

I also don't know what scriptlanguage did I used.

kelvinz, in that case it is better you learn programming, yourself. Learn one of the script languages, javascript or vbscript. Then you can achieve what is needed. I recommend javascript.

AutoItX (that's the forum where you asked) can be used with both script languages, vbscript and javascript.

Or you could learn AutoIt (not the AutoItX variant) from its help file. AutoIt is itself a complete script language.

Greetings, Peter.
