Take look at the URLMon.dll for anything that isn't already covered in the FTP.au3.Functions for uploading and downloading using ftp protocol.
Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.

Currently picasso is developing curl lib usage apart from other tools by callback option in AutoIt
