Two small things regarding Aut2Exe:
1) The dialog text request an .aut-file (should be au3-file)
2) What about letting the user confirm if the exe-file already exists? Should prevent the experimentalists from killing their OS

Also, nothing prevents the user from making the source and destination fields *identical*
Surprisingly, you don't get a hang or crash; you simply overwrite your source file with an executable (after you change the file extension from au3 to exe) that won't run.
