If you're asking about having a custom icon "preset" every time with the AutoIt3Wrapper compiler when launched from SciTe, instead of having to manually browse out and select your icon file, you can edit/create the file:
C:\Program Files\AutoIt3\SciTE\AutoIt3Wrapper\AutoIt3Wrapper.ini
And enter the following:
[Autoit] Icon=D:\Data\Projects\Icons\MyScripts.ico
On my work comp, I have it set up like that just to save time since most of my projects need to have the same "branding" for all in-house development (in my case, I'm using a lot more of the fields pre-configured to save typing too).

This does require the full SciTE4AutoIt3 installed
