Hi !
I made a little script, i compiled it... and i lost my .au3 file
So i wanted to decompile the exe, but i have this error message : (...) file is not recognised as a compiled autoit script

It was compiled with autoit 3.2.10.0 + Scite (last version), high compression, UPX (i did not specified any other option)

Am i unlucky, or is it a bug...? :)

I working under XP SP2 (French) If you need more informations... ask me.

Thank you.

Neither bug nor luck enter into it. There is no decompile option available for AutoIt scripts any more. The decision to remove it was made on the fact that the proper method is backups.

Exe2Aut no longer functions for builds past version 3.2.5.1

24th August, 2007 - v3.2.6.0

Changed: AutoIt .a3x and compiled script format. Exe2Aut will only decompile 3.2.5.1
and earlier files. No ExeAut utility is supplied for ongoing versions.

No bug

Thanks for replies.

It's ambiguous :

Exe2Aut will only decompile 3.2.5.1
and earlier files. No ExeAut utility is supplied for ongoing versions.

But.. that's ok... c'est la vie.
