No it will not "execute" because of the Html tags and other content.
Now if you'd asked can you embed an a3x script in a html doc, well that would be
a different story. But that is not what you are after is it? You would seem to get
a html document that ran like the script, At the expense of greater file size.

Take a look at what theguy0000 has posted here. Forget the full name but its like AUCGI or something.
