Beep plays a beep back to the user. Adapted from AutoIt docs.

Syntax
Beep([frequency [, duration]])
Parameters
| frequency | Hertz frequency of beep.(Optional) |
| duration | Length of beep in milliseconds.Default of 1000ms.(Optional) |
Frequency
The frequency may be set between 37 and 32767 inclusively. 500 Hz by default.
Return Value
Beep() always returns 1 regardless of success or failure.
