_Io_IsBanned

Server-side only. Checks if an ip exists in the banlist

_Io_IsBanned($socketOrIp)

Return Value

Returns the `$index` of the banned ip if found, returns false if not found.

If a `$socket` is passed, the ip will be retrived from the socket.
