Interface log controls

The log is used for displaying build log output as well as
text retrieved from certain kit commands.

Log Controls

Extra log info : Output debug build information. A3C_DBG
Invert Log     : Build log written bottom to top.
Copy Log       : Dump log content to the clipboard.
Save log       : Browse for a file.

    Help sub window

Displays help based content from certain kit commands, where
previously they would be displayed in the log sub window.

It has no controls.
