CyberSlug
Based upon the information here You know how you can drag-and-drop files over EXE files? Well, the following registry change allows you drop files onto AU3 scripts. It's useful to testing scripts that take files as command-line paramters.Assuming you installed AutoIt with the installer, here's the info in REG file format (tested on Windows XP at least):Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\AutoIt3Script\shellex\DropHandler] @="{86C86720-42A0-1069-A2E8-08002B30309D}" Use Mozilla | Take a look at My Disorganized AutoIt stuff | Very very old: AutoBuilder 11 Jan 2005 prototype I need to update my sig! Moderators SmOke_N Posted September 19, 2006 Moderators Share Posted September 19, 2006 Interesting!Almost a 2 1/2 yr old thread, and you're reason for bumping it was to say it's interesting.... Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.
