Manus-Magnus
yes, is it logical ? after i compiled my main au3, the speed dropped down crazy... ps: it's a big script (4000+ lines) doing much string compares, so it's clearly visible, maybe 50% of original au3 execution speed. tx for your support and knowledges http://www.premiumwanadoo.com/manus-magnus/
FunkyDo
How much compression are you using? Perhaps try lowering the compression. -FunkyDo

Administrators Jon Posted January 24, 2004 Administrators Share Posted January 24, 2004 The only thing different in a compiled exe is the FileInstall command - it will be much slower in compiled form because it does funky things. Everything else should be identical - in fact compiled exes use _exactly_ the same code and none compiled.
