Any recommendations for a database to use with AutoIT?

Hi folks,

I need to link to a database that can handle let's say 100,000 records. I can see there are SQLite functions available but I have no idea how to use them or even get started. Can anybody give some suggestions? Maybe you've done something similar.

BTW, I am NOT looking for a canned solution so don't flame me.

SQLite will work fine, and 100K records is a pretty tame requirement. Have you tried running the _SQLite* function example scripts from the help file?

To tell you the truth I hadn't. SQL has always intimidated me. I read a lot of the the thread where SQLite support was proposed quite some time ago but it was/is very dry reading.

Having looked at the examples I think I can actually understand what is going on.

Looks like I have egg on my face yet again.

Thank you for showing me that I should trust the UDF's and help file, yet again.
