  1. Hey. Is there anything that does the same thing as this? Namely I'm talking about detecting when something has changed on screen. The FastFind library is crashing without any errors after running: FFSnapShot($left, $top, $right, $bottom, 0) FFSnapShot($left, $top, $right, $bottom, 1) $diff = FFLocalizeChanges(0, 1) And then trying to overwritite the old snapshot (0 or 1). If I use always different snapshot numbers its using too much memory and will eventually crash my pc. I tried downloading older versions but they're not working and the author is in
  2. Happy New Year everyone! I would like to extract the color values of certain pixels in an image. This is how I picture the workflow: User opens an image of his choice. Image is shown on the screen. User draws a line into the image. This happens by marking the startpixel and the endpixel of the line The line is drawn, so the user can check visually if he is happy with the line. The following pixel based properties belonging to the line are stored in Excel: X-Coordinate Y-Coordinate Color Value Additional operations: Extra
  3. Hello, I currently have a problem that deals with moving the mouse to a given location + or - a certain distance. $search1 =_WaitForImageSearch("envelope.bmp", 10, 1, $x, $y, 20) $search2 =_WaitForImageSearch("envelope2.bmp", 10, 1, $x, $y, 20) If $search1 = 1 Then Sleep(100) MouseMove($x, $y, 10) sleep(99) MouseClick("left") Sleep(99) ElseIf $search2 = 1 Then Sleep(100) MouseMove($x, $y2, 10) sleep(99) MouseClick("left") Sleep(
  4. Hi! I'm trying to script an ellipse drawing algorithm in AutoIT for learning purposes. I use an edit control to "draw" the ellipse with characters. The code i have works kinda good but i would like to see if others around here know a better algorithm to do it.. I would like to be able to give the x, y and width, height arguments to the function and not have to start at the middle point and draw the ellipse around it. side note, the ellipse glitches when it has to be 2 pixels high too.. func ellipsePlotPoints ($xc,$yc, $x,$y) pixel ($xc + $x, $yc + $y) pixel ($x
  5. Hello i have problem with function PixelGetColor. On my computer it working fine but in some cases it not working. And Im clicking on the active window on red color and it give me the same color still. But in other computers when clicking on the same color red it gives other values and returned color in MsgBox is not red. Dont know is it a real main thing what causing problem but, I noticed that problem was on one windows 10. I have windows 8 and working well. On other windows 10 works well to Maybe it is caused by windows aero or something like that How to deal w
  6. I had this problem with PixelGetColor not giving me the same HEX Color as the AU3Info Tool and searched every were with no luck then had a OH DA moment LoL. The problem is that the "PixelGetColor ($mouseX[0], $mouseY[1])" is looking rite at the very tip of the mouse pointer not under it. So you have to set a -3 after the [0] and [1]. "PixelGetColor ($mouseX[0] -3, $mouseY[1] -3)" to make it search next to the pointer not on the pointer. You may have to adjust this a bit for your display but you should not have to go more then -5. -3 seems to work best for me.
  7. Hello, I am using the addon-library of FastFind.au3 found here : The script I've put together is rather simple but it's returning a value that I don't understand. #include "FastFind.au3" #Include <WinAPI.au3> #RequireAdmin WinActivate ("ABC Window") Local $xyzWindow = WinGetHandle ("ABC Window") Local $triangleSpot = FFSnapShot (212, 216, 214, 218, 1, $xyzWindow) ConsoleWrite ($triangleSpot&@CR) Local $triangleData = FFGetRawData (1) Local $splitTriangleData = StringSplit ($triangleData, "00") Local
  8. I could use a bit of math help. What I'd like to do is sample a 5x5 pixel area with PixelChecksum. I would then sample again a few seconds later to check for a change as seems to be the normal usage. Can I do any useful maths on the PixelChecksum results? For instance, if I subtracted the two sample values would it tell me anything about pixel color content? Might I know that a color shift has happened to maybe Blue or Red for instance? Or would I have to do that on a per pixel sample? And if that is the case... what math would i use to compare an RGB value against another to detect
  9. Hi All, I'm trying to run a script to fire when a pixel at a certain location on the screen changes to a particular colour, however auinfo is unable to measure the colour where my cursor is due to my high resolution - 2560x1440 on a 13.3" laptop. Does anyone have a workaround or a fix for this? If I move my mouse to the bottom-right corner of the screen auinfo reports the mouse position as about 1280x720, 1/2 my actual resolution. Thanks!
  10. I was asked by mesale0077 whether I could write a code to transfer an image to pixel coordinates to have the perforated GUI effect which was introduced by GreenCan. Here the result: Download: Perforator v1.25 build 2015-06-30 beta.7z (previous downloads: 501) Requires AutoIt v3.3.11.5 or higher! Thanks to GreenCan for the original perforated GUI code, eukalyptus for the optimized pixel array code, mesale0077 for additional help and suggestions, AndyG for the ASM codes, Ward for MemoryDLL.au3, Yashied for the _WinAPIEx.au3 lib, http://www.cooltext.com for the Logo, AZIO for this GUI d
  11. I want to show an image on my gui, but my problem is that my image is 60 pixels high, but the gui where it should be shown is 600 pixels high. so the image is blurred and everything. Can I fix that somehow? Like in photoshop, change that it repeats the pixels instead of blurring it.
  12. My originaly script where I was noticing this issue was quite long, so I trimmed it down considerably (93 lines to 5) to show the example issue. From what I've noticed in related topics, it's never really been solved (at least from my searches), and it unfortunately seems to not show up on all machines. Description: It seems that when using GUICtrlCreatePic() alongside GuiSetBkColor() the embedded image will get transparent artifacts. It seems as though it's light colors only - as to what colors/shades, I cannot say. Other topics: March 2012: -- April 2010 -- July 2012 -- (not actually so
  13. Okay so basically I have another problem with my script again, Not exactly the script it's self but more finding how to add a certain pixel color into it. I've made a few attempts and got it close but not close enough. I'm trying to make the mouse hover over the Pause Button on my Media Player. I'll add the Pixel color into the attachments. If someone could show me how to find the Pixel color in the form of the line "PixelSearch( 0, 0, $i, 768, 0xFF0000, 10 )" then I'd be the most greatful noobie that ever existed misc4.au3
  14. Hey guys (and girls if any ^^) I've started Playing around with PixelSearch, and after being shocked that it is not using X,Y i found it far smarter^^ For the Simple Version: I need to PixelSearch the Screen for a Color. And Then Move the Mouse to that place. Sleep(3000) $Color = PixelSearch(0, 0, 1000, 1000, 0xE94434, 10) If Not @error Then MouseClick("left", $Color,$Color) Else <- The Variable For the Mouse is also Not Working How can i move the Mouse to a Variable instead of Set Cordinates? Advanced: There is more than one Pixel of The Color. And There will Most Likely Be M
