Hello All,

Here a first attempt from a beginner.

I am currently working on an example, but it does not do what I would like it to do.

1. The command @WorkingDir does not work for images, at least so it seems;

2. I cannot get rid of the title bar in the window.

Any suggestions are welcome, and thank you in advance.

here's the code:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

#include <WindowsConstants.au3>

Opt('MustDeclareVars', 1)

Example1()

;----- example 1 ----

Func Example1()

Local $n, $msg

GUICreate("", 1024, 768, 0, 0) ; will create a window ??? always a title bar ???

GUISetBkColor(0xD8D8D8)

$n = GUICtrlCreatePic("@WorkingDir\pics\back\b0001.jpg", 0, 0, 1024, 768) ; @WorkingDir does not work ???

GUISetState()

; Run the GUI until the dialog is closed

While 1

$msg = GUIGetMsg()

If $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE Then ExitLoop

WEnd

EndFunc ;==>Example1

Macros do not get quoted nor do they contain the trailing backslash.

;
$n = GUICtrlCreatePic(@WorkingDir & "\pics\back\b0001.jpg", 0, 0, 1024, 768)
;
