adding AVI's to GUI

I'm trying to add an avi to my GUI app but am running into problems. I can get the AVI to add but only if it is uncompressed which results in a huge 200mb file.

Is there a better way to go about this than what I'm doing?

I'd rather not add other things to this program and stick to the built in avi support that autoit has to offer. I guess I'm wondering what people have used to do this in the past. If there is a good way of getting a avi file and making it small enough so it won't make my .exe huge. I'll just fiddle around with some things here I guess.
