pc12
Hi all, Sorry if this has been asked before, but is there a way to set one HotKey for a set of functions that will be subsequently (in a pre-defined order) called each time the chosen key is pressed? Hope you get what I mean. >_< For one function it can be something like: HotKeySet("{h}", "Whatever") While 1 Sleep(100) WEnd Func Whatever() blah blah EndFunc But what if I want to use more than one function and only one HotKey? Is that possile? If so, what would be the correct syntax? Thanks in advance.
Moderators Melba23 Posted August 20, 2009 Moderators Share Posted August 20, 2009 pc12, First, welcome to the Autoit forums. If I understand your problem correctly, you just need to reassign the HotKey within each function. HotKeySet("{ESC}", "Func1") ; First time you will get Func1 While 1 Sleep(100) WEnd Func Func1() ConsoleWrite("Func1" & @CRLF) HotKeySet("{ESC}", "Func2") ; Next time you will get Func2 EndFunc Func Func2() ConsoleWrite("Func2" & @CRLF) HotKeySet("{ESC}", "Func3") ; Next time you will get Func3 EndFunc Func Func3() ConsoleWrite("Func3" & @CRLF) Exit EndFunc M23 Any of my own code posted anywhere on the forum is available for use by others without any restriction of any kind Open spoiler to see my UDFs: Spoiler ArrayMultiColSort ---- Sort arrays on multiple columnsChooseFileFolder ---- Single and multiple selections from specified path treeview listingDate_Time_Convert -- Easily convert date/time formats, including the language usedExtMsgBox --------- A highly customisable replacement for MsgBoxGUIExtender -------- Extend and retract multiple sections within a GUIGUIFrame ---------- Subdivide GUIs into many adjustable framesGUIListViewEx ------- Insert, delete, move, drag, sort, edit and colour ListView itemsGUITreeViewEx ------ Check/clear parent and child checkboxes in a TreeViewMarquee ----------- Scrolling tickertape GUIsNoFocusLines ------- Remove the dotted focus lines from buttons, sliders, radios and checkboxesNotify ------------- Small notifications on the edge of the displayScrollbars ----------Automatically sized scrollbars with a single commandStringSize ---------- Automatically size controls to fit textToast -------------- Small GUIs which pop out of the notification area
