Popup without min/max/close button

Is it possible to create a popup without min/max/close buttons. I was unable to find this in the manual. I searched in GUI Control Styles without luck.

Thanks a lot. Can you also tell me how to automatically close this window? Since winclose(title) kills the whole program.
