What do you mean?

Do you want to use the existing Lexers in SciLexer.dll ? (see kip's example)

Do you want to write your own lexer for another Lexer ? (See the Interest website for Scintilla how this can be done in C++)

You cannot add new lexers to scilexer.dll with autoit, and if you mean you want to create your own lexer in Autoit3 I wish you lots of success. >_<
