Thats how i did this.n btw Make sure your are using Chrome version 3.0+.then just drag n drop this .crx file to chrome window. then restart it.Now you will see the theme.If you press go without setting a frame or background image it has an error. What if you had it make the scheme, run chrome, save the current settings and apply the scheme, and then ask if they want to keep the scheme?
