You tried to read MSDN?

DllCall("user32.dll", "int", "SetTimer", "hwnd", $MainGUI, "int", 0, "int", 1000, "ptr", DllCallbackGetPtr($handle))

And that should do the _WinAPI_DefWindowProc() function?

Func _My_WM_TIMER_Proc($hWnd, $Msg, $wParam, $lParam)
    Switch $Msg
        Case $WM_TIMER
            ConsoleWrite($X & @CRLF)
    EndSwitch
    Return _WinAPI_DefWindowProc($hWnd, $Msg, $wParam, $lParam)
EndFunc

Thanks Yashied. It's working now.

Func _My_WM_TIMER_Proc($hWnd, $Msg, $wParam, $lParam)

This is not WM_TIMER message handler, this is a TimerProc() function! Therefore, the following line is wrong.

_WinAPI_DefWindowProc($hWnd, $Msg, $wParam, $lParam)
