Has anyone built a program to share bandwidth (ethernet port) with a device that is plugged into a usb port?

At work, the internet connection sharing service is uninstalled

I bought a verizon femtocell device (sends wireless signals through broadband) because there is no signal here.

If I can funnel the verizon femtocell in through usb and out through the ethernet port, I'm golden.

Why don't you tell us what you really want to do, this just sounds crazy so far.

So what you want to do is create a "network bridge" between 2 network connections? Why the hell didn't you say so in the beginning? The answer is no anyway. Re-enable the ICS-service and use that.
