Flash GUI

Hello

I am working with flash in a project and am having a small problem having to do with making the flash transparent

I found this <param name = "wmode" value="transparent"/> but it wants me to add it into html and I really don't want to add html into the script because it just creates more files to look after is there a transparent command for flash like these ones
