Calculating the download speed of the InetGet function

I'm pretty sure I need to use a timer but I don't know how...

Could anyone give me a hint?

I think the simplest would be

$Start = Timerinit()
InetGet(....) Assuming you use the deafult background parameter or set it to 0. 
$timetoget = TimerDiff($Start)

then check the file size and you can calculate Kb/s or whatever.
