HELP ME PLEASE!

Ok heres my problem.... I need help

1. How do you make the mouse go where ever you want?

2. How do you do functions like.... Tab, Enter Shift Alt, Ctl Delete, and that sort of stuff.

3.What is the Gui

4.Lets say something had to be minimized before loaded how do i make sure that the autoit knows?
