You should ask them for permission before writing such a script. They present that web based form to attract people to their site in the hopes of selling their various databases.

Read this topic. The user has posted a csv file containing country IP addresses ranges. I think that the file content is still valid. Try one of the script from the last posts. You can only get ccTLDs of a specific country and if I remember right, also it's true name like England, etc.. The rest, you need to add, like finding the ISP, or the city, heh.
