lee321987
Hello. When I run this: Do $a = InputBox("", "") until $a = 0 and type into the InputBox any letter "a,h,z, ect." the loop ends. If I enter numbers it works as expected. What am I doing wrong?

M23 Or maybe Untill $a = '' would be what the OP intended. lee321987
[sOLVED]Use double equals sign:Do $a = InputBox("", "") until $a == 0Look up "Operators" in the help for an explanation."==" is supposed to be "case sensitive". Somehow it affects this expression. Edited November 1, 2009 by lee321987
AdmiralAlkex
"==" is supposed to be "case sensitive". Somehow it affects this expression. "==" forces string comparison, so you are doing the same thing Melba23 does, except you are wasting cpu-cycles (the conversion) just so you can write ugly code. It would be better to compare with a string directly: Until $a = "0" .Some of my scripts: ShiftER, Codec-Control, Resolution switcher for HTC ShiftSome of my UDFs: SDL UDF, SetDefaultDllDirectories, Converting GDI+ Bitmap/Image to SDL Surface
