I think the occurance of #requireadmin anywhere in the script means that full administration rights are needed and the conditions make no difference.

Correct. All '#' directives are extracted at startup and executed.

To solve the situation one could use ShellExecute(@ScriptFullPath,"",@ScriptDir,"runas")

Why do it the hard way?

How to demand from system admin rights "only in Vista and Win7"

the case "only when user is not admin" is simple - system don't ask if user have admin rights

history of problem - why I need this:

I need to change some ini files in c:\windows on system with UAC, problem: that ini files for normal user are read only

When using AutoIt3Wrapper to create an Exe, you can specify the level your app requires:

Tab: Resource Update -> ExecutionLevel: choose requireAdmin
