jsmorley Posted November 15, 2009 Share Posted November 15, 2009 As of last night's update to the virus definitions for Avast 4.8, it is seeing any .exe compiled with AutoIt 3.1 (compressed with UPX or not) as having a Malware-Gen virus. This is of course a false positive, but is going to cause you (if you use Avast) and your users (if you distribute your application) no end of headaches. I, and no doubt others, have reported this to Avast, so hopefully it will be corrected in an update as soon as possible. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
