JoGa
Hi folks, where do I find the location of the shape of the mousepointer/cursor? MouseGetCursor() returns zero, the app uses it's own cursor. Thx for hints, and no, I don't fear c :-)

JoGa
See in the resources of that application.Tnx, however having no source I have no idea where the mouse resources are located.Would be the Windows GDI the right direction? Any pointers are appreciated.
AndyG
Hi,however having no sourcehe means the resource (the content of required items in a program), not the source. If there is something mysterious like an unknown mousecursor, this could be such a resource which is stored in the code of the program. You can store some pictures into a dll-file and so you could store the image of a mousecursor into the exe-file.You can search for this resource with the ResHacker-tool.Andy Edited November 17, 2009 by AndyG
