Need an Urgent Help in Read/Write the Same DB by using two exe file

Hi All

I Need an urgent help in one database manupulation.

I have a Client server application.When a new client is trying to connect to the server the first exe will write the information s into a db3 file and the second exe will start processing it.But again when the first exe is trying to write some data's into the db3 file,it says "Database is locked".

How can i read /write the same database by using two autoit exe programs.

I want to read/Write the data's into a same database by using two exe programs.

If it is not possible , can anyone tell me an alternative way to implement the same concept.
