Shafayat
Is it possible to remove a few icons in windows explorer window? For example a certain folder or file? I want it to be visible in other softwares but not in current explorer window. [Not using this account any more. Shafayat
No. It is not. It is for an advanced search tool. That would work as a explorer component. [Not using this account any more. Using "iShafayet" instead]
Bert
Oh, OK, I think I know what you have in mind. Take a look at FileOpenDialog. I think that will do what you need. Shafayat
Please look in the image: I CAN search the files that match the criteria. What I can't is to remove other icons from explorer. I need help with that. [Not using this account any more. Using "iShafayet" instead]
Richard Robertson
You could always make your own listview and add the icons you need to it.
