GodForsakenSoul
this is new to me.i heard from somewhere in the example scripts section that you can in fact use animation.however, much to my discomfort, animated gifs are not supported.digging through the help file revealed a potential solution: GuiCtrlCreateAvi()so i think "YAY! i can make this work by simply using an avi file!" however, happiness was soon over because upon compilation, i get THISThe Application or DLL @scriptdir\Graphics\HA.avi is not a valid Windows image. please check this against your installation diskette.now, i should mention i'm exporting this movie from adobe flash cs3. while i CAN live without the animation, i would very much prefer it to be incorporated in the program as it will make using it a ton more simple, as there will be more complicated animations to deal with. the animation is not the problem. incorporating it with autoit, however, IS. funkey
The UDF GUIGIFAnimated from ProgAndy works great with gif-animations. It uses GDI+ to antimate the pictures. Programming today is a race between software engineers striving tobuild bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universetrying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning.
