Buzzed Posted December 20, 2009 Share Posted December 20, 2009 Hi, I'm new at this and have not plyed around yet....But all i want to do is to run a little application that would remane 3 files (file1.txt, file2.txt, file3.txt) and remane them to (anothername1.txt, anothername2.txt, anothername3.txt)...I havent seen a function that renames a file? Buzzed Posted December 20, 2009 Author Share Posted December 20, 2009 Look at FileMove()JosThanks' It not easy being a newbie but I,ll learn fast...Now my next challenge is to creat a small application that when i run in a directory, if he specific files exist, it will automaticly change their names to a specifc new filename...Wish me luck!
