I would rather use ShellExecute("http://www.google.com") myself to eliminate the variable of Non-compatibility. Not sure if he just wanted IE which would be ShellExecute("iexplore.exe", "http://www.google.com")... Like on the post on "how to post" that kind of information would be useful.
