Looking for ideas for my script, as a policy change put the kink on it

I have a script that would read a webpage schedule and send it out to my teams home emails, as things are somewhat volatile and this makes it so there are no excuses about not knowing if you have to come Monday morning.

Recently the firewall team apparently made a change not allowing this to run on port 25, and being the flexible people that they are, I decided I wouldn't ask them any favors. I wrote a script today to interface with outlook and send the file that way, but it turns out that outlook will not function when a machine is locked and this script runs Friday night at 11pm per a scheduled task and for most accurate info/functionality.

So, with the background stated, any ideas on how to adapt this script to still work with my environment? Is there a way to make outlook usable when a machine is locked or a way to get this script to run on port 143? Here is the error message I am seeing when I run the email portion of the script? I've tried changing exchange servers, I've verified my l/p and the only thing that seems to affect the error is changing the port.
