EdDyreen Posted January 19, 2010 Share Posted January 19, 2010 Didn't know where to post this question so posting it here Before I became aware of the existance of AU3 I downloaded several script editors 'some years ago' When I discovered ASE I found it quite a nice program many function of ASE have a striking resemblance to au3 but the help files really suck &it's hard to learn. It doesn't come close to au3 regarding to functionality &transparancy Most above all it's PAYWare ! So why is it that au3 is so much better ? &why would people pay for worse ? Am i missing something ? The little spare time they have is spent improving AutoIt.Its also better than anything. Period.
