Creating Copy Hook Handlers

I need my software to be informed when a file copy even occurs. I found this way in MSDN. But I do not know how to do this in autoit. Please show me.

(I DID try to find it and to do it myself but could not succeed.)

So, why try to write this in AutoIt, a scripting language?

I'm sorry. I didn't actually understand that I needed to make a dll. I thought I needed to just use it like wmnotification.
