AutoHotkey version of SciTE - can it be installed over AutoIt version?

Hello.

I want to install the AutoHotkey version of SciTE, but not mess up my AutoIt version of SciTE.

Possible?

I guess you mean the Lexer written for AutoHotKey by Philippe Lhoste?

Don't think he ever submitted it for inclusion in the official Scintilla release supported by Neil but haven't checked this lately.

Anyway, the Autoit3 installer supports all standard lexers and properties as submitted by Neil, anything else: you're out on your own.

I would think that all you have to do is find the files that you need from the AHK version and copy them to the proper location in the AutoIt3\Scite folder but Jos will know better than I.

The PCRE (Regular Expression) ToolKit for AutoIT - (Updated Oct 20, 2011 ver:3.0.1.13) - Please update your current version before filing any bug reports. The installer now includes both 32 and 64 bit versions. No change in version number.

This is true for the ahk.Properties and ahk.API files, but the Lexer part (Used for Syntax Coloring and folding) is code in C++ and compiled into SciLexer.dll.

The Full version of SciTE4AutoIt3 we supply is based on Neil's release and as such contain all lexers that were submitted and include by Neil.
