Guys please help. i am trying to have loading popped up windows showing me avi video but its not working.

Video is displaying as expected with transparency but its not playing at all.

#include <AVIConstants.au3>
#Include <GuiAVI.au3>
#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>
#include <WindowsConstants.au3>
      $loading = GUICreate ("",52,60,-1,-1,$WS_POPUP)
      GUICtrlCreateAvi (@TempDir & "/Loading.avi",'',-1,-1)
     _GUICtrlAVI_Play ($loading,0,-1,-1)
      GUICtrlCreateLabel ("Please wait",-1,46)
      GUISetState (@SW_SHOW,$loading)

One other thing is: Is there anyway to make GUI invisible yet displaying all GUI components ? Kinda like transparent GUI ?

Thanks in advance

You missed some parameters for GUICtrlCreateAVI(0 and you didn't need the _GUICtlrAvi_Play() which, by the way, should have used the control reference and not the Window for $hWnd which in my example would be $hAVI

#include<aviConstants.au3>
#include<GuiConstantsEx.au3>
#include<windowsConstants.au3>
$loading = GUICreate("", 52, 60, -1, -1, $WS_POPUP)
$hAVI = GUICtrlCreateAVI(@TempDir & "\Loading.avi", -1, 10, 10, 40, 40, BitOR($GUI_SS_Default_Avi, $ACS_AutoPlay))
GUISetState()
While 1
   ;; You better do something to get you out of this loop
WEnd
