DoubleMcLovin
I need some way to pack multiple images in varying sizes into a .dll file for use with my GUI. I've searched through google and downloaded a few "icon makers", but all of them are designed with web intent focusing on a favicon or requiring a license to include more than one image. Can anyone point me to the correct step for this?
Moderators Melba23 Posted March 7, 2010 Moderators Share Posted March 7, 2010 (edited) DoubleMcLovin,You might want to look at tlem's RGD DLL Creator UDF which youcan download here. I have used it successfully to create image DLLs. M23P.S. It looks as if the source link is broken, but tlem does say that the source is also in the exe.Edit: See below for new link. Yes the source is there but I cannot see the include file RDG_Lang.au3 which I assume is encrypted. I have asked Tlem if he can supply it. Trancexx's resource compiler can do more but he doesn't include the file version information that Tlem did. martin
The ResHacker-Project can create Image-DLLs, too Yes, but as post #3, it doesn't add the file information that Tlem's does. It would be worth copying what Tlem did and adding it to the ResHacker-Project.
